Homemade Carrot Souffle Recipe – Besuretocook Recipe

Ingredients: (SMALL)
1 Bag of Carrots (1 3/4 lbs.)
3/4 cup of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 tablespoon of flour
3 eggs
1/4 lbs. of Margarine

Ingredients: (LARGE)
3 Bag of Carrots (6LB/ 96OZ)
1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla
4-5 tablespoon of flour
6 eggs
1/2 cup of Margarine

Instructions:
– Boil carrots on high until softened. Drain well.
– While carrots are warm use a mixer or blend until smooth while adding sugar baking powder, and vanilla
– add flour and mix well
– whip eggs separately using both egg yolks & egg whites and add to the mixture.
– add margarine and blend well
– pour the mixture into a baking dish, make sure not to overload your baking pan while the souffle will rise. ENJOY!!
