Golden Crispy Chicken Delight
Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 2 eggs
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions:
1. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside.
2. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs with the milk. Set aside.
3. Place the breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish. Set aside.
4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
5. Dip each chicken breast into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally the breadcrumbs, making sure to coat the chicken evenly at each step.
6. Carefully place the coated chicken breasts into the hot oil. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
7. Remove the chicken from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
8. Serve the Golden Crispy Chicken Delight hot with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
