Ingredients:
– 2 (20.oz chicken livers)
– 1 Med Onion (cut in half)
– Chicken Fat Rendered (2-5 tablespoons)
– Chicken Skin (optional)
– Minced Garlic (1 teaspoon)
– Mrs. Dash (blend) (1 teaspoon)
– Black Pepper (1 teaspoon)
– Bacon Fat (1 tablespoon) Optional As well
– 4 Green Onions/Scallion
– Mayo (1 teaspoon)
– 2 eggs
Instructions:
– First, you want to do is get 2 things of chicken livers (20. oz), then you want to wash your liver’s then you want to put them in a Pan then you want to season your livers with Pepper, garlic powder, Mrs. dash (blend) then add minced garlic.
– After that, you want to cut your medium onion in half. After that you want to add it to the liver’s then you want to put it in the oven for about 20-25 at 350 degrees.
– Take out your liver let them cool, after they cool you want to remove the onions and the chicken fat.
– You then want to drain the livers to get rid of the oil. Then you want to add them too your blender
– Blend up your livers and adding green onion/scallion, and add 1 teaspoon of mayo until you want it smooth.
– After it is blended you want to put it in a Tupperware bowl to let it chill for about 12-24 hours. Then you are ready to Serve.
