This Vodka Chicken Penne recipe is simple, delicious, and perfect for a weeknight dinner. Tender chicken, creamy vodka sauce, and penne pasta come together for a restaurant-quality meal at home.

Ingredients

2-4 chicken breasts (seasoned with thyme, meat tenderizer, and Besureto Seasoning Blend)
Breadcrumbs
Cento Tomato Purée
Heavy cream or half & half
Chopped garlic
Vodka (any brand)
Penne pasta
Olive oil

Seasonings for Sauce

Italian seasoning
Basil
Sugar
Garlic powder
Besureto Seasoning Blend

Instructions

Season chicken breasts with thyme, meat tenderizer, and Besureto Seasoning Blend. Coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked. Set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté chopped garlic. Add Cento Tomato Purée and vodka, letting it simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream or half & half, and add Italian seasoning, basil, sugar, garlic powder, and Besureto Seasoning Blend. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Slice the cooked chicken and add it to the sauce. Toss with cooked penne pasta. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil or Parmesan cheese.
