The Best Lasagna Pizza Recipe At Home

Welcome to my cooking show! In this video, I’m sharing my ultimate lasagna pizza recipe that’s perfect for making at home. This mouthwatering dish combines the best of both worlds—lasagna and pizza—into one irresistible meal. Whether you’re a seasoned chef or a beginner in the kitchen, this recipe is simple to follow and guaranteed to impress your family and friends.

Ingredients:
Lasagna Shells:

Oven-ready lasagna shells (or make fresh if you prefer)
Pizza Sauce:

Cento tomatoes
Fresh garlic (or canned)
Fresh parsley
Paprika
Pizza topping seasoning (I used McCormick’s “Get a Pizza This”)
Sugar (if needed)
Mrs. Dash blend
Meats & Veggies:

Italian pork or sausage
Pepperoni
Olives
Green pepper
Onions
(Feel free to add any other toppings you love!)
Cheeses:

Monsollesor cheese
Cheddar cheese
Butterkase cheese
Instructions:
Prepare the Sauce:

In a pan, combine Cento tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped parsley, paprika, pizza topping seasoning, and Mrs. Dash blend.
Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens. Add sugar if the sauce is too acidic.
Cook the Meats:

In a separate pan, cook Italian pork or sausage until browned. Add pepperoni slices and cook for another 2 minutes.
Assemble the Lasagna Pizza:

In a baking dish, start with a layer of lasagna shells.
Spread a generous amount of pizza sauce over the shells.
Add a layer of cooked meats and your choice of veggies (olives, green pepper, onions).
Sprinkle a mix of Monsollesor cheese, cheddar cheese, and butterkase cheese over the toppings.
Repeat the layers until the dish is full, finishing with a layer of sauce, meats, veggies, and a final generous layer of cheese.
Bake:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the top.
Serve and Enjoy:
