– 2 Pounds of Ground Beef
– 1/2 of a small Onion (diced)
– 1 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash (Blend)
– 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
– 1/4 seasoning salt
– 1 teaspoon of Unsalted Meat Tenderizer
– 1 teaspoon of black cracked pepper
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon of steak sauce
– 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
– 4 oz can of mushrooms (drained)
-1/3 cup of flour
– 1 package of Au Jus Gravy
