Ingredients:

🥩 1 lb of pork ribs (country style or pork spare ribs)
🥬 1 medium head of cabbage (quartered)
🥔 A small bag of petite potatoes

Cooking Directions:
Season the pork ribs with meat tenderizer, bay leaf, black pepper, Mrs. Dash, garlic powder, and paprika.
Place the pork ribs in the bottom of a small stockpot and cover with water, just enough to skim over the top.
Add 2 teaspoons of salt and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Once it boils, reduce heat to medium.
Add the potatoes on top of the pork and mix everything together.
Cover and cook for 30-45 minutes until the potatoes are fork-tender.
Once the potatoes are done, add the cabbage to the pot and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
This dish is perfect with warm, buttery cornbread or served in a bowl with some broth for a comforting, soup-like meal. It’s super simple and super delicious! 😋🍲
