Spicy Baked Potato Wedges Recipe

2 large potatoes
1/4 cup hot sauce (add more if you like it spicier)
2 tbsp buttermilk (add more for a creamier texture)
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp garlic powder
A sprinkle of ground red bell pepper
Mrs. Dash seasoning (to taste)
Instructions:
– Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).
– Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into wedges, leaving the skin on for extra texture.
– Make the Spicy Sauce: In a bowl, mix the hot sauce, buttermilk, thyme, garlic powder, red bell pepper, and Mrs. Dash seasoning. Stir until well combined.
