-4-5 yams peeled and cut
-Butter (4 tablespoons Melted)
-Dark Brown Sugar (1 cup)
-1 Orange (zest of orange & juice the orange)
-Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon)
-Apple Cider Juice (2 cups)
-Vanilla (1 teaspoon)
-Ground Nutmeg ( 1 teaspoon)
-Ground Allspice ( 1/2 teaspoon)
-Ground Cinnamon (1 whole tablespoon)
-Juicy Juice Kiwi Strawberry (2 cup)
-1 1/3 cups of sugar
