Full Recipe:
2 cups of egg noodles
2 cans of beef broth (14 oz each)
2 pounds of Angus beef stew meat
1 tablespoon of Better Than Bouillon
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
Brown Gravy Mix (Pioneer preferred)
1 clove of garlic, minced

Seasonings:
Mrs. Dash Blend
Parsley
Pepper
Ground Thyme
Paprika
Instructions:

Prep the Ingredients:
Cook 2 cups of egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Mince 1 clove of garlic.
If using fresh mushrooms, slice them.

Cook the Beef:
In a large pot, brown 2 pounds of Angus beef stew meat over medium heat until seared on all sides.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Make the Gravy:
Pour in 2 cans of beef broth, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, and 1 tablespoon of Better Than Bouillon.
Stir well to combine.
Add in the mushrooms (canned or fresh) and stir.

Season the Dish:
Sprinkle in Mrs. Dash, parsley, pepper, ground thyme, and paprika to taste. Stir everything together.
Let the mixture simmer for about 20-25 minutes until the beef is tender and the flavors have melded together.

Finish the Dish:
In a small bowl, prepare the brown gravy mix according to the package instructions.
Stir the prepared gravy into the beef mixture.
Add the cooked egg noodles and gently fold them in until they are fully coated in the gravy.

Serve:
Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired. Enjoy!
