Ingredients:
• 2 to 4 chicken breasts
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ¼ tsp meat tenderizer
• ¼ tsp thyme leaves
• ¼ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning blend
• 1 whole bay leaf or ¼ tsp crushed bay leaf
• ¼ tsp Creole seasoning
• ¼ tsp paprika
• 3 cups chicken broth (use your favorite brand)
• 2 cups water
• 2 to 4 carrots, peeled and chopped
• 2 to 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
• 2 to 4 celery stalks, chopped
• 1 (10½ oz) can of cream of chicken soup
• 1 packet of chicken gravy mix
Instructions:
• Preheat your oven to 375°F.
• Season the chicken breasts with pepper, thyme, Creole seasoning, and other spices.
• Cook the chicken in a skillet until fully cooked, then set aside.
• Chop the carrots, potatoes, and celery into bite-sized pieces.
