Fried & Baked Buffalo Hot Wings Recipe – Besuretocook Recipe

INGREDIENTS
3 pounds party style chicken wings or whole chicken wings that have been halved crosswise
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup hot sauce such as Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
1/4 cup of Louisiana hot sauce
4 tablespoons butter melted
celery sticks and ranch dressing for serving.

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees & your oil to medium high. Use a glass pan, spray non stick in pan.
Place the chicken wings in a bowl. Add pepper, garlic powder and add any other seasoning as you like.
Throw your wings in the oil for 7-15 mins depending on the size of the wings.
Once wings are done, remove them onto a paper towel to drain all the access grease.
Toss to coat the chicken evenly with the homemade hot sauce.
Place the wings in your glass plan
Bake for 5-6 minutes or until wing sauce has merge into the chicken.
Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing. ENJOY
