Recipe: This recipe is very simple:
– Rice of your choice boil the rice in chicken broth, boil the rice until tender and set aside
– Get some chicken of your choice (we are using chicken thighs) , make sure to use some flour base if you are interested in our flour base below:

Flour Mixture:
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash (Blend)
1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon of cracked black pepper
1/4 seasoning salt
1 teaspoon of thyme

– Fry your chicken in any choice of oil you want
– Once the chicken is done, let’s start the gravy
– In a big pan, Use 2 tablespoons of oil that you fried the chicken in with 2 tablespoons of your flour mix that you use for the chicken, cook that for about 1 min until flour and oil get really dark brown.
– Add half chopped onion to the oil and flour
– Once the flour and oil and onion is ready, add 1-2 cups of chicken stock and start mixing well to not form lumps.
– Once the gravy is thick to your liking you can add some cornstarch if need for thickness
– Start adding in your chicken to the gravy mix, and cook it for about 2-5 mins.
– Then you are ready to eat 🙂 ENJOY
