2 pounds of beef chuck roast, trimmed of fat
2 cups of cup water
1-2 cans of beef broth
(Cook the beef for about 4-5 hours on 350)

Ingredients: For the Chimichanga
Chi Chi’s Restaurant Seasoning Mix, 0.78 Oz Packages
Gordo’s Cheese Dip
Old El Paso Mild Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
4 (8 inch) flour tortilla
shredded Monterey Jack cheese
sour cream
Lettuce
Tomatoes
