Baked Chicken and Rice with Vegetables Recipe | Easy Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
🍗 7 chicken thighs
🌿 1 tsp thyme
🧄 1 tsp garlic powder
🌶️ 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
🌶️ 1 tsp paprika
🧅 2 cups chopped onion and bell peppers
🧄 2 garlic cloves
🍚 2 cups jasmine rice
🍗 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
🫒 2 tbsps olive oil
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Vegetables: Chop onions, bell peppers, broccoli, and garlic.
Season the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, season chicken thighs with thyme, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook the Chicken and Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large pan and cook chicken thighs until golden brown. Add the vegetables and garlic, and let everything cook for a few minutes.
Cook the Rice: In a separate pot, combine jasmine rice with chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until the rice is tender.
Combine Everything: Mix the cooked rice with the chicken and vegetables in a baking dish, then transfer to the oven to finish cooking for 15-20 minutes.
Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs and serve your delicious baked chicken and rice with vegetables! 🍽️
